1/2 Pepper (mix of colors if poss) (1/8 inch dice) 1 Stalk Celery (1/8 inch dice) 2 cloves of garlic minced 1 small red onion (1/8 inch dice) 1/2 carrot (shredded) 2 Teaspoon Oldbay salt and pepper to taste 1 Tablespoon Dill 1 Tablespoon lemon lime juice 2 Tablespoon spicy brown mustard 3 Tablespoon eggs 1/2 cup Mayo 1 Tablespoon Parsley (fresh) 1 cup Bread crumbs 1 Tablespoon Basil (fresh)
Mix all Together in a bowl.
Add 1 pound Jumbo lump crab meat and fold in the crab meat.
Roll in bread crumbs and bake at 400F for 20 mins.
