1 loin (pork)
2/3 apple (slice thin)
1/4 inch of fresh ginger (slice thin)
drizzle apple wine
salt and pepper
2 carrot
1/2 cup BBQ sauce plain
2 forks
Place half of the slice apple on to plastic wrap. Place the loin on top of the apples. Place the fresh slices of ginger on top of the loin. Place the rest of the apple on top of the loin. Now salt and pepper and also drizzle the apple wine on top. Wrap it up and place in a sheet of foil. Place the 2 carrots into the pan and place the loin on top of them. Place in oven for 3.5 hours on at 200F. When it comes unwrap it and toss the juice, apple and ginger in the pan. Pull the pork apart using the 2 forks. When it's all pulled toss it in the pan. Keep stirring it around so it won't get burned. Serve on a nice kaiser roll. ;) :)
