6 oz pumpkin (fresh)
6 oz chicken
2 oz celery
2 oz onion
2 oz carrots
1 TBS dill
1 TBS tarragon
1 TBS garlic powder
1 TBS coriander
1 TBS cumin
1 can potatoes or 2 fresh potatoes cooked (cut to bite size
2 Quarts chicken stock
salt and pepper to taste

In a pot add chicken. let it sear the outside of the meat. Add the vegetables in next to let them sweat some. Then you add the stock and seasons. Bring to simmer then add the potatoes and pumpkin. let it come back to simmer then taste.

Seppy - a question for you. Are all the 'oz' measurements 'dry' or 'wet'.. In other words are they weighed or are they in a cup? It makes a difference.
