6oz of crab meat (drained )
1oz spinach
3oz mozzarella cheese (shredded)
mayo (as needed)
pinch salt
pinch pepper
pinch Old Bay Seasoning
1 TBS lemon juice
Large button mushrooms
Combine everything but the mushroom. Once it's mixed, stuff the mushroom and add more cheese on top.
oven at 400F till the cheese is melted to golden brown on it.
