8 oz thin slice beef 2 oz onions 2 oz mushroom 2 oz peppers cheddar cheese egg roll sheets
Toss in a pan: sliced beef, onions, mushrooms, peppers. Cook until the meat is cooked all the way through. (well) Then add the cheese on top until it melts. Cool. Place 2 oz of mix in the roll and fry it in oil until golden brown.
