Meat Balls 1 *

5 # beef or turkey or pork
2 TBS thyme
1 egg
1 TBS salt
1/2 TBS pepper
2 TBS Tarragon
4 TBS Parsley
2 TBS Smoke BBQ sauce
1/4 of an onion
1 cup of bread crumbs

Combine all ingredients in the bowl. Portion out in 1 or 2 oz size. Roll them in to a ball. Bake at 350 F for 20 mins

Looks great Seppy, one thing, what sauce do you use with it?

And do you add anything ele like spaghetti to it?
