2 # beef or any meat you want to use. 2 oz Dice tomatoes 1 oz Steak sauce 1 cup of bread crumbs 2 TBS Thyme 2 TBS Tarragon 1 TBS Salt 1/2 TBS Pepper 4 oz Celery 4 oz Onion 1 Egg 1/2 TBS Garlic 3 oz Bacon
Tomatoes, celery, onion small dice Cook the bacon and cool it down to be chopped up. Sweat the celery and onion off and cool it down. Combine all ingredients and put it in a loaf pan or mold it on a cookie tray. Bake it on at 200F for 1 hour. if not done put oven up to 350F for 15 mins.
