 Creamy Crab Cakes *

Carrots 4 oz (shredded)
red onion 4 oz (small dice)
tomatoes 3 oz (small dice)
bell pepper 4 oz (small dice)
shrimp 8 oz (cooked and chop finely)
crab 1 #
bread crumbs 1 cup

Combine the following
egg 1
dill 3 TBS
lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
mustard 1 oz
mayo 1.5 cups
salt 2 pinch
pepper 1 pinch
garlic powder 1TBS
parsley 2 TBS
old bay 1 TBS


Mix all ingredients to getter. Weigh out the crab cake to 4 oz and dust in flour. Bake at 375F for 17 mins.
