 Cooking cookies and not burn them

Ok I am not a baker but I use this trick is using parchment paper. This doesn't give your cookies a black bottom This also doesn't make you scrub hard or break them while you take them of the tray. Just slide the paper off with cookies on it and it will be easy for you get done fast. :)
