 Rice cookery
« Thread Started on Jan 29, 2010, 7:24pm »

Ok most of you need to know how to cook rice the way I do. Most recipes for rice are this way.
Step 1
Find a pot with a tight lid.

Step 2
Place rice in the pot.

Step 3
Place an inch of water in the pot. (That would be up to the first knuckle on your finger.) Salt & pepper to taste.

Step 4
Cook on high till it looks like oatmeal. Then add butter. Turn down the heat to low and put lid on. Cook till no longer crunchy. (about a half hour but you need to keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn.)
