1 TBS Mustard BBQ Sauce 2 TBS dill 2 TBS parsley (fresh chopped) 1 TBS smoke 1 TBS lemon juice 1 piece of garlic (small chop or garlic pressed) 1TBS egg 2 pinches of salt 1 pinch of pepper
Mix the above with a whisk.
1# salmon 1 shalt
Grind those two things into the wet mixture and work in by hand. Add bread crumbs as needed. It should be thick and almost 'dry'.
Grill temps very on cooking time.

Ooh, would be good on a toasted bun, maybe even sourdough, with some sort of a citrusy relish
