You will need:
Any white fish fillet, ie Orange Ruffy, Haddock, Sole one lime apple slices herbs of your choice bar-b-que foil
Method:
Marinate fillet in lime juice and herbs for about 30 minutes put slices of apple on the foil put fish on top of apples put apple slices on top of the fish wrap foil tightly cook on a medium flame fish is done when it flakes off easily with a fork discard apples - they were used to prevent the foil from sticking to the fish and it adds a nice mysterious taste to the fish.
Serve with a simple salad. Use a non-creamy dressing on the salad.
This is a low fat nutricious meal that is very tasty!
