 Dill lemoned Rice *

1 cup rice
1 TBS oil
1/2 TBS salt
1/2 TBS pepper
1/4 cup of dill
1/4 Lemon (juiced)

Cook rice in the standard manner - water one (1) Inch above the rice. Boil until it looks like oatmeal. Put lid on to finish. It should not be too crunchy or too mushy.

The rice is under the salmon. ;)
