1/2 # claw crab meat (fluff the meat)
1/2 # rock shrimp (cut in half)
4 oz smoke salmon (dice to bite size)
4 oz broccoli (blanch off)
6 oz carrots (round cut)
12 oz pasta (cook first)
2 oz parmegan cheese (shaved)

Cook the pasta first. Sweat onion in 2TBS of butter. Toss in the shrimp, crab, smoke salmon, carrots, and broccoli. Cook for 5 minutes on high. Toss in the rest of the butter and let it melt.Toss in the lemon juice. Then dump in the pasta and also the dill. Turn down the heat and add a lid for 7 minutes. At the 5 min mark add the parmegan cheese. The last 1 oz of parmegan cheese for garnish.
