2.5 lbs. Corn 8 Oz Celery 8 Oz Onion 1 Red Pepper 2 gallons Water 3 cups Milk powder 1 lb. Dice Potatoes (pre cook) 1/2 lb. butter 1/2 lb. flour salt to taste pepper to taste
Cut the celery, onion, red pepper in a small dice. Sweat the onion and celery. Melt butter in a small pot then when the butter is melted turn the flame off and then add the flour. Add milk power to water then add the milk to the celery and onion. Bring to the boil then add the butter and flour mixture. When finish that part then add the corn , potatoes, and red pepper. Season it to your liking.
